Sconfinando, a television programme hosted by Fabrizio Nonis, offers a journey through the provinces of northeast and central Italy to discover corners of history and culture, typical products, wines, and winemaking traditions.
In each episode of Sconfinando, Fabrizio Nonis will accompany viewers in the discovery of the most characteristic places, the most curious anecdotes, the most fascinating artistic and cultural events, traditional dishes and related wine and food itineraries, involving in his excursions both entrepreneurial and institutional realities, exalting what this area has to offer the tourist.
So, let's let ourselves be taken on these trips across the area, time, the culture and the world of culinary art, even into sociology to recover, conserve and recognize the eating habits and ingredients that bear witness to much more than you might imagine. In this way we will be able to see our history from a special point of view: from the slightly open door of a kitchen from which the fragrance of pleasure emerges.
