After the wine and food dinner masterfully conducted by Fabrizio Nonis, Villa San Carlo Borromeo continues to surprise travellers of taste with an exciting evening dedicated to Toni Capuozzo and his latest book, Adiós. My voyage through the lost dreams of a generation.
Wednesday 10 October, starting at 8:00 pm, the vice-director of TG5, in the international cultural and artistic setting of Villa San Carlo Borromeo, will tell guests the enthralling story of his trip. With pleasant conversation, a glass of fine wine and excellent meat selected by Fabrizio Nonis and admirably prepared by Aristide De Vita, chef of the restaurant The City, and Stefano Sangion, chef of the University of Tastes in Perugia, Toni Capuozzo will tell you of the curiosity, the enthusiasm and the illusions of two youths who, at the end of the 1970s left for Latin America in search of the legend of the Cuban revolution.
